Termly.io is my recommendation
My Affiliate Link to Termly.ioI recommend Termly.io as your source for generating the unique documents to keep you compliance with rules, regulations, and the changing laws that apply to your online business.
I tried the free service that was suggested by Kajabi at the time (Cookie Script), and also tested some other paid services that charged separately for each individual policy.
I settled on using Termly.io on my site, and have been recommending it to my private clients since 2021.
Here's why:
For a flat fee per year I get:
* Documents that are unique to my business model and service offerings based on individual answers about my company.
* Constant monitoring of the applicable laws, regulations, and recent court cases by a staff of attorneys, so that I don't have to do this work myself.
* Update service where they will update my legal documents when changes are needed to stay compliant, again so that I do not have to draft new language as the legal landscape shifts.
* Quarterly scans of my website to remind me of new cookies and other functions that I have added, which now require updates to my disclosures and policy documents.
* Peace of Mind from knowing that someone else who I can trust is watching over this critical area of my business.

How I use Termly.io
I created a separate page for all of the links and clickable buttons for all of these compliance documents. The link is at the bottom of this page as part of the FOOTER MENU.

With a PRO LEVEL paid account, I host the actual documents on Termly's servers, where they can update the language when changes are needed.

Why not just use a Free Version?
Your attitude and philosophy may be different. I can respect that.
For me, being compliant with laws and regulations is Mission-Critical.
I will not delegate that requirement to copying someone else's document (yes, I've seen that - its obvious when the domain name is not yours), or using a "free service" as a source for my legal terms and conditions, disclosures, privacy policies.
There are too many litigious attorneys and government regulators eager to fine or sue me for non-compliance of a technical, but legally required aspect of internet commerce.
I been using Termly since 2021

I have been happy with their system, and appreciative of the updates they provide.
As a lawyer, I know that protection and compliance are a necessary expense andworth paying for, rather than risking the downside and expense of ignoring this mission-critical aspect of my business.
